When they saw the courage of Peter and John and realized that they were unschooled, ordinary men, they were astonished and they took note that these men had been with Jesus.

Yesterday at chapel we heard an inspiring message about courage. This verse was one of the main focal points of the sermon. Here were some of my other notes:
“Courage comes from a connection with Christ.”
All our education, elocution, or extravagance will not ultimately be what astonishes people. It will be the courage we display because we have been with Jesus.
